Second day in a row, Andres took care of my other vehicle. Did a great job as usual. I have to give a shout out to Juan He man the front and make sure everything gets done correctly. He does a great job also..

Had a great experience here. For the price, my car looks and smells great! The people were very, very kind😊

I had a very disappointing and honestly disrespectful experience at this car wash. First, they locked my keys inside my car. Instead of coming to speak with me and asking how I’d like to handle the situation, they immediately started trying to force the door open without my permission. That’s not okay—this is my vehicle, and any action that could potentially damage it should be discussed first. After that, about five minutes later, they told me my car was finished. When I looked at it, it was clearly not clean and did not reflect the service I paid for. When I asked to speak with someone about it, I was met with poor customer service. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told I should “change the battery in my key fob so this doesn’t happen again.” That’s not the point—I came there for a service, not to be blamed for their mistake. The employee rolled her eyes, stared me down, and even took pictures of my license plate, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect, clear communication, and to receive the service I paid for. Please ask before doing anything to someone’s vehicle, especially something that could cause damage. And most

I had a great experience at Paradise Car Wash! The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very eager to help. Smiles everywhere I looked. The wash itself was super fast but still incredibly detailed. I went with the Ultimate Paradise option for $39 and it was absolutely worth it. My car came out squeaky clean and smelling great! Jorge was amazing and took his time with my vehicle. Request him if you can. They also have a detailing service next door for deeper cleaning and additional services, which I’ll definitely keep in mind for the future. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the restrooms were spotless as well. Overall, an awesome experience with great value and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

BEST CARWASH in the area!! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Anytime I express concerns they are more than willing to work with me to accommodate my needs. They also have good complimentary coffee while you wait, a cute little gift shop, AND a beautiful saltwater tank. I'd also like to mention their rewards program is exactly that.. rewarding! I've been signed up for many years and have gotten quite a few discounts/free washes just for being a loyal customer. Overall, my experiences at Paradise have been great and I would definitely recommend this business to my family and friends! Thanks Paradise! <3
